At Gentle Support Community Fund, we believe every person deserves the opportunity to live with dignity, safety, and compassionate care.

Our mission is to improve the quality of life for individuals and families by promoting compassionate, consistent home care, expanding access to supportive services, and fostering meaningful community connections. We advocate for seniors, individuals with disabilities, and other vulnerable populations receiving in-home care, while also creating safe and empowering environments through youth and veteran group homes and re-entry programs.

Many individuals and families face barriers to receiving the care and stability they need. Rising healthcare costs, limited access to supportive housing, and gaps in social services often leave seniors, people with disabilities, and those transitioning back into the community without adequate support.

Gentle Support Community Fund works to bridge these gaps by connecting people to compassionate care, safe housing opportunities, and community-based resources that help individuals regain stability and independence.

Through education, outreach, and partnerships, we strive to build stronger, more inclusive communities where individuals of all ages and abilities can access the support they need to live meaningful and fulfilling lives.
